The main component of Viagra Professional is Sildenafil Citrate.
The effect of Sildenafil Citrate is achieved by enhancing the response to sexual stimulation. It works by improving smooth muscle relaxation using nitric oxide, a chemical which is normally released by human body as a response to sexual stimulation. The smooth muscle relaxation allows for an increased blood flow into penis, which leads to a strong erection.
Sildenafil Citrate is mostly used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotency) for men and also for pulmonary arterial hypertension treatment.

Directions and dosage
Viagra Professional is produced as a gelatin capsule, which is for oral intake. It is to be taken approximately 5-10 minutes prior to planned sexual activity; its effect lasting for up to 50 hours. You should not take Viagra Professional more often than once a day.
